2008 TT DAY EXCURSIONS FROM IOMSPC

 

 

PASSENGERS can experience the thrill of the TT in an action packed whistle stop day – thanks to the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and Steam Packet Holidays.

 

The company have reintroduced the TT day excursion for die hard fans to experience the excitement only the Tourist Trophy races can provide.

 

The day trip includes foot passenger sea travel, on board meal voucher and coach transfers to/from a vantage point plus a lap of the TT course.

 

Mark Woodward, chief executive said: “We are delighted to reintroduce the TT day excursions due to popular demand.  During the day coaches will give our passengers a full tour of the TT course.”

 

The first trip begins on 30 May from Larne to Douglas to see the Superbike TT Race and Sidecar TT Race on the 31^st May.   The trips then run through to the 7June 2008.

 

Mark concluded: “This is also the first year we are providing a day excursion to our own Steam Packet Races Day on the Billown Circuit in Castletown to be held on the 7^th June.

 

Mark concluded: “We anticipate that the excursions will prove as popular as they have in the past and would recommend passengers book early to avoid disappointment.”
