Marshals Signing-On Form
Dear Marshal,
I would be grateful to
know if you are willing to marshal at this year’s Steam Packet Southern 100
Road Races. If you are able to help could you please complete this form and
return it as soon as possible to the Chief Marshal Willy Clucas, 11, Derby View, Castletown, Isle of Man. IM9 1BZ. Tel
01624824005 or 07624463517 prior to 2nd July 2009 or e-mail it to willyc@manx.net.
Please observe the following conditions:-
1.
You may
marshal at different locations for practices and races.
2.
It is essential that there is adequate
coverage with marshals around the course. You should be
prepared to travel to another location on the course if requested to do so by a
Sector Marshal or his Deputy.
3.
The Organisers WILL NOT permit Marshals to carry or
use cameras during practice or racing. If you want to carry a camera you CANNOT marshal.
4.
Marshals are not permitted to report for duty under the influence of
alcohol or consume alcohol whilst on duty.
5.
All marshals must be physically fit and have good eyesight and hearing
6.
For the purposes of insurance you are requested to complete and sign
this form Personally and return it
to the Chief Marshal before 2nd
July 2009.
Signing On takes place at
Castletown Stadium on Thursday 9th July from 7.30pm.
